ATEAM shoe shop is one of Southern California's gem shoe shops that is a must stop shop for anything footwear.
My personal experience with ATEAM pre 100 STYLES AND RUNNING-
It was a summers day, the birds were chirping, the air was crisp, the sun was starting to make its appearance in the morning sky, the waves were crashing on the beach, and I found myself shacked up with a super fly model honey shoving me out of bed. The events that led up to that meant to be morning were vague and foggy from the 4 alarm hangover caused by to much partying from the night before... Quickly as one does when they are uncertain of their surroundings, I took a personal inventory (footwear (always first), pants, shirt, wallet, keys, phone, 100SR spec sheet in my back pocket, check!), grabbed all my shit, and split. I found myself in Manhattan Beach, a beach community just south of LA known for its surf, fish taco's, shopping, and of course, its model honeys. So I start my walk of shame and stumble upon this mural of the man in 23.
I hadn't spent much time in MB but I had heard that there was an awesome shoe store down here... This was the spot... So I went in and started to do that thing that I do... The selection was fresh and original and the customer service was A+. That day I walked out with 5 or 6 pairs of hard to finds and a smile on my face. A place for the footwear elite for sure and from then on ATEAM had become a frequent stop for me over the next year. So when 100SR came about I had to continue the journey with ATEAM. This chapter is far from closed.
